Fun in Alabama Today!

OK..I just got back from my lunch with my fun bloggy friends!!  Not only did we have a great lunch, it is just amazing to me how connected we all are.  As teachers, no matter what area or school we teach at, it seems we share so many of the same interests, concerns, etc.  We are all so different, yet fundamentally the same.  We love kids (no matter what we may jokingly say).  

OK...enough observations...and onto the fun:

We had a great time and I got to meet some of the best Bama Bloggers around...here is a

Melissa from F is for First Grade...she is cute as a button and super sweet!

Angela from Daily Alphabet...she is funny and apparently a semi-hoarder!

Lauren from Just add Clipart...Adorable and is now afraid of Envision Math b/c of me I think!! lol

Ashlee from Peace, Love, Learn.. sweet as she can be and hoping to get back in the classroom next year.

Kelli from Castles and Crayons....she is so fun... and has the prettiest hair (shh..don't tell her I was secretly admiring her hair!!)

Vickie from Mrs Plant's Press ..she came all the way from Florida to join us (ok, maybe she has family in the area and was up for other reasons, too...but let me go on thinking what I want!!) I was loving her accessories and wishing I had the super cool ring and necklace she was wearing!!

Mechele from Barrow's Hodge Podge ...she was hilarious and so much fun to listen to...Oh, and she has plenty of animals to give away if any of you are interested!!!

Well, and there was this other teacher that sat in the seat next to me...she was invisible (so I didn't take a picture or get her name...but I did make the waitress wait for her before she could take our orders) (joke)
