First of all, I want to say thank you for all the well wishes!  I am doing pretty well after the sinus surgery (deviated septum is fixed, too!! =) ...but I cannot tell a lie, it has been rough (and is still pretty bad, but I am hoping tomorrow when the packing is removed it will be much better =)
